Once cut, pieces aren't just tossed into bins. They are neatly stacked on Specialized Racks . This prevents fabric wrinkling and ensures that the edges remain crisp for the sewing stage, a detail often overlooked by smaller facilities but vital for high-end bag production.
2. Rigorous Verification: The Power of the "Grey Tag"
Efficiency is nothing without accuracy. Before any rack leaves the cutting room, a material handler conducts a strict quantity and specification check.
As seen in our facility, each bundle is secured with a tracking tag (the grey fabric strip) indicating the specific part number, quantity, and batch ID.
